Shopping Cart

To put an in-stock item into your on-line shopping cart, simply click the "add to cart" button on a product page. This will add the item and display the contents of your cart - there are options on the shopping cart page that will enable you to increase/decrease the quantity of an item, or to remove items from your cart.

You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page.

If you do not wish to check out at this point just continue browsing or shopping by using the various menus on the website.

Checkout

When all required items are in your cart and you are ready to place your order, return to your shopping cart page and click the "Checkout as Guest" or "Login/Create Account" button.

We recommend creating an account - that way you'll be able to see all your orders and quickly change shipping and/or billing addresses.

Shipping

The shipping cost and shipping method for your order will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page and will depend on your shipping address and the size/weight of the products you have ordered. All products are shipped from the UK.

Payment

You can pay using most major credit and debit cards, secured by up-to-date SSL encryption. We use SagePay/Opayo to capture your details, ensuring everything is transmitted safely and securely over the internet. Alternatively, you can pay using PayPal™ by choosing this in the checkout process.

Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive a confirmation email, detailing your order.
